Romantic Duets

David was working on recordng a collection of songs with the working title of Romantic Duets with his producer, Ms. Gerber-Salins, when his mother asked him to record his parents favorite nostalgic hymns and songs.

(Work on the Romantic Duets recording was put on hold to make the Hymns and Songs of My Mother recording. That recording was released for digital download 6/20/2024.)

The plan is to finalize songs from the draft Romantic Duets collection as part of various EPs within the Nostalgic Love Songs series.

The analogue master tapes for the Romantic Duets recording are decoded and converted from analogue format to digital. They are awaiting future work to complete songs from that collection as part of futue Nostalgic Love Song EPs.

Because the Romantic Duets recordings was being made for private release for friends and family, it used prerecorded/karaoke accompaniments. However, TortoiseClimbing Audio's™ goal now is to publicly release quality recording for public sale. Because we do not have performance rights for the karaoke accompaniments, we will need to replace them with accompaniments we own to finalize songs from that collection for public release as part of Nostalgic Love Song EPs.

The list of songs included in the draft Romantic Duets collection will be added for background information.
