Production of Phase II required a significant revision in roles from Phase I. They consisted of:
David Goettee became the Producer. He built on the training and experiences he'd received from working with Mr. Bill McElroy and Ms. Heidi Gerber-Salins on previous projects, and the extensive set of notes developed with Ms. Gerber-Salins during the hiatus between Phases I and II in preparation for the future work. He provided considerable inputs during mixing and mastering processes.
Mr. Bill McElroy became Associate Producer and Audio Engineer. (David had worked with him years before producing the first privately released album.) Mr. McElroy was also a mentor for Ms. Gerber-Salins when she came to Bias.
Ms. Gerber-Salins assisted in several ways, including: post production processing of an audio file; providing a producer's critique of a near draft final; and an additional duet. Unfortunately, shortly after she began providing post production processing assistance, she was sidelined by a auto accident. So, David Goettee took on the majority of post production processsing. However, the following year she was able to provide the benefit of her years of audio production experience, by critiquing the draft final Phase II version. Her critique provided critically valuable suggestions that were used in finalizing the much improved master of this recording.
